.03 was written for the Young Composers' Academy 2023 at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music. Inspired by the algorithms in Peter Edwards' music, .03 uses a series of processes to derive a tone row, and uses binary selections of 0.5 probability to determine subsequent transformations.  .03 refers to the probability of the tone row, which is 0.03349.
